Eating less
I am now back into my diet mood again. I notice that I am not really losing any weights even I try to cut down my food intake. I try to start eating breakfast again and just eat fruits for lunch. I am planning also on taking my diet pills again I hope this will work for me. My next option would be running on my treadmill again even its so boring.
