Keeping It Up!

It’s been over one month now since I start my dieting, still didn’t lose much weight yet. I only eat rice once a week since last month and so far I’m doing okay with that. I still have to pause myself to keep on running on my treadmill. If all of this still not working for me I think I need to start on weight loss pills. Just need to keep on what I’m doing right now and maybe next month or so I will see some more result. Good luck for me hehehehe!
