Happy Halloween

Hello everyone I just want to wish you all have a Happy Halloween! My kids are very much ready to go trick or treating later. My batman can't wait to go, he is asking me non stop about Halloween. Have fun everyone and have a great night with your family!!!

My daughter is so happy because her teacher give her a goodies. She was hoping that one of her friend can go trick or treating with her, but I don't think she can come with us because they already have some other plan for tonight. Anyway gotta go now HAPPY HALLOWEEN AGAIN.

Spooktacular!

We go to the zoo last night for a spooktacular night. The kids have fun trick or treating and play at the moonwalk. Ian was so afraid when we enter the Enchanted Forest. We enjoy the night without stress. And to all my friends and family out there here's some picture of Mia and Ian for you.

Weekend Fun

The whole family really had a great time during the weekend especially the kids. Like last year we bring the kids to the zoo, so we decide to go again this year. Yesterday we go there and they have a lot of fun. I will share some photos on my next post. My boy was batman and my girl is always a princess. Anyway I have been struggling to lose weight and I really need all the help I can get just to lose weight. My friend tells me today that she want to try alli I hope this will work for her so I can try it too.

Pumpkin Patch And Corn Maize

As you can see my kids really have fun on that day! The boy was crying when it's time to go home because he doesn't want to leave. I have more pictures here, but this is good for now. Night Time

I cannot believe I'm still awake, I was washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen before I go to bed. Then I decide to stop by at my laptop and now it's almost 12am I am still here heheheee! I need to go to bed soon I can hardly open my eyes and my kids and hubby is already snoring in the bedroom.

I talk to my brother today and I greet him a happy birthday. My gosh he is so big now I can say that he is an adult now. I feel so bad when his fiancee left him last February, the girl run away with another guy. His happy now and already moving on with his life without her, After his fiancee left we found out that she was already pregnant and the father of her baby is not my brother. Anyway To my brother there is a lot of woman out there waiting for you so don't rush it. Okay guys I am going to bed now bye bye.

Fishing Time

Here's a picture of my kiddos when we go fishing, we just fish in the beach because the sea was so rough to go out with our boat. The kids like it because they can play and run around the beach. My kids is holding a fish in the string they said their fishing with it hehehe!

We Had Fun on The Weekend

Last Saturday we bring the kids to the pumpkin patch, I have to search online to find a nice place to bring the kids. And I found the Corner's A-Maize-Ing Acres. The place was far from our house its like an hour drive. But we like all the places that we pass, the kids saw a lot of cow,horse,and wild turkey. When we arrive in the corner's we do the corn maize the kids have fun running in the middle of the corn field. After that we rode the hay ride to feed the cows. The kids also like the play ground they have and the other activities.

I'm glad we go because the whole family have a lot of fun. We bought 4 big zip bags of boiled peanuts to go and it was so good, I remember the boiled peanuts in the Philippines. Thank you all for visiting me here today I will share the pictures later.

Lets Play

My little boy ask me if he can play in the play ground in our backyard, so I say yes when I’m done with this post. The weather is really good outside; we better enjoy it while it’s not freezing. Pizza Dough Recipe

Hello to all Especially to those who leave a message in my post Pizza, Pizza. Some of you was asking for the pizza dough recipe, so here it is.

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour


DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in the water, and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Stir the salt and oil into the yeast solution. Mix in 2 1/2 cups of the flour.
3. Turn dough out onto a clean, well floured surface, and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Place the dough into a well oiled bowl, and cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise until double, this should take about 1 hour. Punch down the dough, and form a tight ball. Allow the dough to relax for a minute before rolling out. Use for your favorite pizza recipe.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (220 degrees C). If you are baking your pizza in a pan, lightly oil the pan, and let the dough rise for 15 or 20 minutes before topping and baking it.
5. Bake pizza in preheated oven, until the cheese and crust are golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. On my Pizza I use Alfredo sauce.

What's Up

Hello everyone how you all doing? I was a little stress this morning because of my daughter, I give her one hour to get ready for school. Then after I talk to her I go to her room and get her clothes ready, so all she have to do is to put it on. After that I went to my boy's closet and get him a clothes to wear and then I wake him up, I put his clothes on and he was ready to go. I call my daughter and tell her that the alarm to go to school already rang.

But still I don't hear a response, then I decide to buckle up my son in the car because we are running late already. I call her again and no answer. So I check what is going on and my dear daughter doesn't even got her socks on yet. My gosh I was so upset and I grab her backpack and I tell her to put her shoes in the car because we are really late. She was mad and start yelling and crying, so while I am driving I talk to her and told her that she need to get up early if she want to spend so much time at the bathroom and the mirror. Anyway I speak with my auntie in California today and she told me that they are looking for a cheap las vegas hotels, for their family vacation. She asked me if I could join them, but I can't. I have so many things to do here and don't have time for vacation yet.

Pizza, Pizza

It's been two weeks now that we decide to cut down on eating out the restaurant. Hubby and I agree that it's better for us to cook at home, this way we can save some money. So I been busy cooking at home and last night we make our home made pizza I make the dough and the kids and hubby help me putting the toppings. We put all our favorite toppings on it. Like Green, red, orange bell pepper, red onions, olives, sausage, bacon and more. Here is the picture of our pizza.

I'm Back

Hello everyone I am back after the whole busy week. I have to take a week off from online last week, because of my son's dental appointment and finally all his teeth are fix now. We had fun yesterday with hubby's friends from Orlando visit us I'm glad that they come to visit us because we miss them, its been awhile since the last time we spend time together with them.

My friend in Orlando invite us for her daughter's birthday party, and we are planning to attend. Also hubby's friend want us to sleep over at their house if we go to Orlando to attend the party. No Phone

Today was the first time that we went out without our cellphones. We Are half way to our destination when we realize that we don't have our cellphones with us. We don't want to turn around and go back home just to get our cellphone. I did survive without my phone today hehehee! I forgot my camera too, so there's no pictures either.

Fun And Tiring Day For Me

We do a lot of stuff today! We go fishing in the morning and after the fish stop biting, we decide to go ahead and clean our boat. The kids help cleaning the boat, but mostly playing around with the soap. After we clean out boat we stop to get something to eat then come home. It was a beautiful day today, I also cut our grass in the front yard and we put our Halloween decorations. My cousin in the Philippines just text message me, she asks me if I have some acne medicine here. Will, I told her not really since I don’t have any acne, but I tell her that I will look around.

Weekend Again

Have a nice wonderful weekend everyone! I get up so early today now I have a headache. Today we have to go to our boat where we store it, we have to clean it. We did not use it for 2months now because it's been so hot lately, and hubby is been busy at work. Now that the weather is great we have to go out again with our boat in the river this is the time of year that the red fish and black drum is biting.

Cobia For Dinner

I am so happy tonight because I was able to chat with my sister. I make a broiled cobia steak for dinner tonight and it was really good, I have to make that dish because I don’t have much time to cook. I am glad that hubby and the kids like it, Ian even asks for more fish and vegetables. Now I have to get up and wash dishes. Do you want to know more about credit cards? Guana Lake

Here is a picture of my kids inside the canoe. They are so excited when they get in the canoe, but when we start fishing in the middle of the lake the alligators start showing themselves to us. When we saw the first alligator it was okay. Then we decide to move into a different spot, but it got worse when we see eight more alligators. Then hubby and I decide to go home because the kids was so afraid.

A Little Chilly Today

It was a little chilly today when I drop my daughter off to school. My daughter keep asking me if its winter already, I said not yet. I like it when the weather like this not so hot, not so cold. Next week is my son's schedule with the dentist, I am a little worry because they have to make him sleep while she's doing the procedures. I hope my son will be okay with that.
