Sinus and More

Goodness me I am not feeling good with this sinus and headache. I hate when I have sinus makes me so tired and lazy all day. I hope to feel better really soon. We had a good Thanksgiving day. The kids had fun spending time with their friends. I also spend time with my own friends. After the dinner we start doing karaoke and we really had a great time. One of my friend is looking for a franchise opportunity. I hope she find one that make all her dreams come true. She said she's been planning this for a very long time.

I am happy for her atleast she almost have her dreams come true. Anyway I have to take something so I can have a break on my sinusitis. I need a good night sleep tonight I have to get up early tomorrow.

Spotted Sea Trout

Here is the picture of the fish that we caught when we went fishing. The sea trout was so yummy. Hubby and I enjoyed catching them. I been so tired lately maybe this is the turkey effect lol. I been so sleepy for 2 days now I'm hoping to be back to normal tomorrow. Anyway I need to get the kids ready for bed.

Getting Ready

I am starting to plan on what we have to do on Christmas. We already know that we are not going anywhere on Christmas. My Father in law is coming to spend Christmas with us. We are hoping that my Brother in-law and his family will come also, so we can have a family reunion. Anyway are you done with your Christmas shopping? or just starting to make your list? Rambutan Yummy

We had a trip to the flea market last weekend and I got this rambutan. My kids love rambutan, but over here in the states rambutan is so expensive. It was expensive but still I bought a pound and half. The kids gobbled it up in the car they really like it. My son was keep asking me to buy more next weekend lol. Maybe I have to buy 5 pounds next weekend. I hope that the rambutan is still available next weekend.

Done For The Day

After I pick up the kids from school we went straight home. We supposed to take all the Christmas decoration down from the attic.

But my son got so cranky after doing his home work and fall asleep on my arm. I end up grilling some babyback ribs for dinner. My daughter had fun playing in the backyard while I'm cooking. I am ready for bed I have this bad headache that make me want to start snoring.

Field Trip

Here is my daughter inside the bird cage at the zoo during her field trip day. We had so much fun going around the zoo. It's like a girl bonding day for us. My son was so unhappy that he can't go with us. I told him its okay because first month next year is his first field trip ever. I am looking forward to see how he feel on his first field trip. I can chaperon again.

Holiday

The holidays are getting closer each and everyday. So if you are planning for a vacation make sure you have everything. Like my friend they are going to Alabama and their rv is ready to go. I told them to make sure to check every little thing like rv insurance. You want to have a nice and stress free trip so the whole family can enjoy the trip. My family and I are not planning any big this Christmas we are tight on our budget, so we have to stay home and find things to do around here.

My kids are so excited and still working on their Christmas list for santa. I hope nothing expensive lol. I have to work harder and find time to look for a cheaper stuff to buy. I want my babies to be happy on Christmas so hubby and I is trying our best to get what's on their list.

Shark Fishing

One of the most exciting forms of fishing is shark fishing. Sharks are fast, strong swimmers that can give an angler a great fight. Depending on the species, they can be as small as a foot or as large as 10 feet or more. Florida, the fishing capital of the world, in addition to having over 200 species of gamefish, has a large population of sharks. The majority of the sharks are in the small to medium size range, which includes Bonnethead, Greater Hammerhead, Sandbar, Spinner & Blacktip Reef sharks. However, occasionally you can hook much larger sharks, such as Tiger & Shortfin Mako.

Fishing for sharks in Florida is easier than you think. Many times you will catch a shark while targeting other gamefish species. Bait varies by the size of the shark you are targeting. Simply fishing with whole dead shrimp can land you a smaller juvenile shark, such as the Bonnethead or Blacktip. To catch larger sharks, the best bait is a large, bleeding Bonito head.

The rig needed to land a shark can vary, too, by the size of the shark that you are targeting. We have caught many small sharks using the same fish finder rig with fluorocarbon leader that we use to catch many species of gamefish, such as Drum & Trout. As the shark size increases, you will need a stronger rig. Shark skin is made of the same material as its teeth. So as the shark start its run away from you, your leader and main line will rub against the sharks side resulting in a short fight. For best results when fishing for larger sharks, you should use about 2 feet of 30 to 50 pound wire leader attached to 5 to 10 feet of 100 to 200 pound monofilament. This leader can be attached to your main line of 30 to 50 pound test. A 5/0 to 7/0 hook should be used when fishing for large sharks to prevent straightening of the hook.

Remember, sharks are very important to the health of the fishery. They feed on weak and unhealthy fish , which in turn maintains the health of the other important gamefish species. Use circle hooks to prevent permanent damage to the sharks you catch. Never use stainless steel hooks. If you cannot dislodge the hook, cut the line as close to the hook as possible. If you use standard hooks, they will rust out in a week of two without lasting damage to the shark. Sharks are also higher in mercury than most other fish, so it is not the best food fish, especially if you are pregnant or have small children. Be careful when handling sharks. Even small sharks are very strong and can be extremely aggressive. Even if they seem calm, they can lash out and give you a nasty bite or even severe a finger or limb. We release all the sharks we catch unharmed in order to preserve our local fishery.

Not Much Sleep

Everyday I feel like I never get enough sleep anymore. Maybe because of playing at Fb lol. The bad thing about me if I don't get enough sleep is that I get this dark circles under eyes. I hate it so much that I really need to find a solution on this problem. Hopefully I get a good night sleep tonight so I don't get this dark circles worse. I am working on my bed earlier and I feel like I want to lay down already, But I fight the feelings. I have so many works pile up online and don't have the time to sleep early.

Now I remember when my parents always tell me to go to bed early. Because when you grow up you never get that good night sleep anymore. Now I'm thinking about it, My gosh they are right. So now I'm saying this words to my kids, get all the sleep you can get because when you grow up you never get all the sleep you wanted.
