Eating Less

After 2months on trying to cut down on my food intake I finally over all the cravings. I don't crave on foods anymore if I don't have a cooked rice I don't mind. Before I can't ignore my food cravings, but thank god now I am eating healthier and more on greens and fruits. I have to say goodbye on my junk foods. I am trying to keep my weight lose goal to be natural. So I keep my exercise everyday I try not to skip even a day.

I know some people need something to help them lose weight. Like one of my friend she is using slimquick extreme to help her lose weight. She is happy on her result and that is really good. For me I am satisfied on what I'm doing right now. My result is awesome! I am just trying to be back in shape.
