Christmas Pictures

Last night I went to bed at 2am trying to finish uploading the picture on my FB. It was so slow and my laptop keeps on freezing on me. But, finally I got it all downloaded to my account. Now, I am so tired and want to just sit down all day.

The day is almost over again it's already 2pm and I haven't done much here. I have to fold clothes and iron some today. I need to get this house clean before new years eve. I want to face the new year with a clean house.

What A Cold Day

It's so cold here today I thought the warm weather will stay for awhile, but I guess not. The sun is bright, but the wind is so cold. This kind of weather is making me so lazy. I just want to stay under the blanket all day. The kids got up so late today and mommy was kind of lazy to get in the kitchen and cook. So, I end up going buying donuts and sandwiches for lunch and breakfast.

Now all I have to worry is the dinner. Anyway, the kids are all over the house playing and running around. I hope everyone is having a great day today. Few more days it is back to school for the kids already and back to work for me. Well, have a great day everyone!

There is a new restaurant in town that we saw on the way back from the store. We are planning to check it out this weekend. We like to go out and eat once in awhile and the kids love that. I am wondering what kind of food they are serving in there. I guess will find out this coming weekend.

Merry Christmas

It's kind a late, but it is better than nothing. We had a great Christmas here and the kids had so much fun. Now they are enjoying their new toys. I have been very busy this past few weeks and don't have much time to sit in front of my computer. But, I am trying to change that now because my blogs needs updates.

We just got home from the store hubby and I bought some accessories for the kids games. They are so happy because we let them pick what they like. In the end they got what they wanted and here we are at home again. So much to talk about and I will have the rest of the week to blog about it.

I Need I New One

I need to buy a new nimh rechargeable batteries for my camera. The one that I am using now is not charging anymore and it died on me all the time. I also can really use a new camera right now. But I don't have the budget for it. Hopefully after the holidays I can start saving for it. I have this camera for so many years and even it's too old I still like it because it takes really good picture.


The only time I will get rid of this is when it stop working on me:).. Right this camera is still good for me. I need to get those batteries this weekend though. Also I have to order a new battery for my son's phone. His battery is really not working anymore, so he keep the phone on the charger everyday to make it work. I have to get that battery for him soon.

My Turkey

This is the picture of my fruit turkey. I really enjoyed making it and I love the result. The kids was so happy to see this fruit turkey and they said they don't want to eat any of the fruit because they don't want it to get broken lol. Now, I am thinking on what to make for Christmas.

We are planning to prepare a little for Christmas. I just don't know yet what to make. Well, I am sure that we are going to have some ham. Hubby and I still trying to decide if we want to make turkey too. We have to see what we can do when we get closer. Right now we need to start buying some stuff for the kids, they have a very long list:)...

Facial Stuff

Last weekend we went to the outlet and I bought a bunch of hand sanitizer and some facial stuff. Also they got a great deal on the hand soap so I grab some of it too. Have you heard about the seaweed powder bath? I find it very interesting. I checked their website and the prices are very cheap. I want to try that seaweed stuff and see how it is.

I have some bath stuff that I also bought last week and the kids love the smell of it. Anyway, I have been very busy lately that is why I did not have any updates in here. But, I finally have some extra time to blog again and I am hoping to save extra time every day for blogging.

What A Col Week!

I can't believe how cold it is out there. I am wondering if this freezing weather will continue this weekend. I really hope that it will warm up so we can go fishing. We did not fish for weeks now because it's cold. I am hoping that this weekend will warm up. Well, I guess I have to check the weather forecast later.

So much work to do for me here at home. I don't have much time to finish them all. Soon I have to get ready for work. But, I am looking forward for the weekend, I can sleep longer without my alarm clock making the noise.

My son is two years old. He loves to watch television. I am all the time trying to get him to do other things, but when the weather outside is cold and rainy I look to the television to find him some interesting and educational things to watch. Since we got direct TV, we now have the Disney Junior channel. At first glance you would think that this is just another cartoon type program that would not be very educational. But, contrary to that belief, Disney, Jr. has a lot of programming that is age appropriate for my son and educational as well. And, I like the fact that programs like the Mickey Mouse Club have survived the years since I was a child. Of course, everything is very different than when I watched it in the early days, but the same wholesome themes are talked about every day. They just have a much more modern twist to them. For instance this week leading up to the upcoming holidays, the theme has been to get fit and stay active throughout the holidays. I really like the fact that the show is entertaining, but is also teaching my son something worthwhile at the same time.
