FUn Night!

We just got back from attending a birthday party and the whole family had so much fun. My kids was so happy because they got to play with their friends. It was kind a short though since there is school tomorrow. Anyway, I have a cousin who is looking for electric guitar songs and I think I found a great website for him to visit. I will call him in the morning and give him the URL.

Well, it has been a very busy day and night now it is time to go to bed and get plenty of rest for tomorrow. I will be so busy again tomorrow I just hope that I will have enough time to do it all. Anyhow have a wonderful night everyone!

Growing Fast!

My little girl is not so little anymore! Soon she will be turning 11 and she's almost as tall as me. I can't believe how the time fly by too fast. I have a little lady now, not little girl anymore. We are doing something special this year on her birthday and I let you guys know later.

She can't wait for the weekend to come And so am I. We all can use a little break. I have been so busy with so much stuff going on here. But, hopefully we can get this all done by the end of next month.

Moving For Work

I’m so glad that Everett is my new home, and that I am all settled in. I moved here last month for work, so I had a full plate of things to take care of before I started my new job. Last time I moved for a job, the company I worked for took care of most of the moving chores. This company has a different policy, so I had to do everything myself. Of course the first thing I did was find a home. I traveled to Everett and stayed in a hotel while I house-hunted. House hunting wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I found a place to live without too much pain. The hard part was setting up all of my home utilities. Setting up my electricity and phone service was simple enough. When I tried to set up my home internet I searched wireless internet Everett and there were so many choices available! I didn’t know how to choose so I let my son make the decision. He was happy he got to make one of the big decisions and I was ecstatic that I didn’t have to do it myself. I finally feel like I can take a deep breath and relax now that we are all done moving.

Interested In Music

My boy is so interested in music lately. He is enjoying the keyboard trying to learn to play different things. He is more into music compare to my girl. He even sings with us when we do karaoke at home. But, he is still a little shy when there is somebody else listening to him while he is singing, he is okay if just us around. I always like music and hubby and I like to sing too! So, I hope that one of our kids will get it hehehe.

Every time we go to a music store he go crazy with the musical instruments. He just want to buy them all. It was so funny because he wanted us to buy him the metronome. I was like maybe later not now you are going to be able to use that now. Anyway, I have to get off here soon I have a doctor appointment for my eyes today.

Swimming Pool

My son is so funny because he wanted me to take him to the pool last weekend. I said baby it is winter and it's freezing out there. Beside the pool is closed for winter. He is crazy about water and wanted to go swimming all the time. Our neighbor have a pool and they don't even cover it during winter I guess because we don't have snow here in Florida. But, there is a new automatic pool cover now that you can buy. That's probably a good thing to buy if you have a swimming pool. It will save you time and energy!

I don't know if I ever want to have a pool there's so much work to keep it nice and clean all the time. I know my kids want to have a house with a pool, but the maintenance is too much. We have to see if we should get a house with a pool or not:)...

Almost Done Cleaning

I am almost done cleaning the whole house. I am going to try to finish cleaning my son's room today. I have to go through his closet and tale all the clothes out that doesn't fit him anymore. I am going to send boxes of clothes to my family in the Philippines soon. So far I have one whole box of girl clothes. My daughter grow so fast that she has so much clothes that doesn't fit her anymore.

I started to check my son's closet yesterday and he have a bunch of clothes that need to go too. So much clothes here that I have to get rid off. Good thing I have a lot of nieces and nephews back home. Clothes are still pretty new so my family would love it!

Driving Somewhere?

We went to DC couple weeks or so to renew my passport. The driving was great we like to see new places. First, we made sure that our roadside assistance is good. Then, off we go. The kids had a blast except they did not like the walking part around DC. It was so cold when we're there. But, there's no snow though. Anyway, we suppose to rent a car to go there, but renting a car is more expensive. So, we decided to just drive hubby's truck. We have this roadside assistance club, so the trip was no worries at all. On the way back the kids prayers was granted to see a snow! When we got to Virginia it start snowing. We stopped by and let the kids play with the snow. After over an hour the snow stop.

So, the highlight of the trip was to see a snow falling from the sky. It was really fun even me I had a blast. It was our second time to see snow:).

Doctor's Appointment

I have to take off from work today because of my eyes. I think I have a pink eye, so I go ahead make the appointment. My eyes are really red specially the left one:(.. I don't know why I have to have this this week. Now I don't know how many days I am going to miss work for this.

Anyway, so glad hubby let me sleep a little longer today. He took care of the two kids and took them to school. Now, I am just waiting for my doctor's appointment later today.

Didn't Know Much!

I have been away from my computer for a long time now because I got so busy on my other job. Well, sometimes you don't have all the time in the world to do everything. I got caught up with so much work today. I suppose to write everything today, but then the realtor called and said that someone wants to come and see the house today. So, there's all my time away from home for hours. When we got back it was time for me to make dinner. Anyhow, I hope that I get it all done tomorrow morning.

Eye Pain

My left eye has been bothering me all day today. I almost did not show up to work because of it. Well, it feels a little better earlier after I put some eye drops. But, after a few hours later it's back. Now I am wondering if I have a pink eye???? I hope not I can't take off from work tomorrow.

I just hope that my eye will feel better tomorrow. I don't like this pain it bothers me all day today. I am glad I made it through the day without leaving work early. I am so tired right now and want to get to bed a little early than usual.

A cute canopy bed for our new house

One thing that I knew that I wanted to get for our daughter's new room in our new home is a canopy bed. She saw one on some princess movie she was watching on TV and really wanted one for herself. I thought that it would be a nice thing to have for her new bedroom, so I started right away on finding one as soon as we signed on the dotted line for our new house.

Our old house was extremely cramped, so her room was really tiny. I think that she's almost as relieved to move as we are! While I was online looking for a new canopy bed for her, I looked through the site Sears Kitchen improvements. After I read through it some I decided to use them to redo the kitchen in our new home, which is one area that we definitely wanted to improve upon.

I found this really adorable cute canopy bed that I knew looked just like her. She really loved it and I'm so glad that she does! I'm loving our new home and I think that it's just the perfect fit for us!
